I had to miss my appointment, in January , because my vehicle wouldn't start. So, over the next month, I requested another appointment on their website. I did this 3 times, without a response. So, I called them to make an appointment. The woman I spoke with gave me a date and time, but when I showed up, apparently they had no record of my appointment. This location has employees that aren’t aware or educated (I’ll assume) about procedures and services. I’ve called two weeks in advance about an appointment for my pregnancy, I’ve spoke to Samantha who rudely advised that I keep my appointment and have my ultrasound done at the palatka location. (Which I questioned because typically you will receive an order from provider that sends you to 3rd party). Anyway. I love these people. The front desk folks are very friendly. The pharmacist is great. The lab folks are awesome. My Dr is primo.. A#1 .. the best.. I would drive hrs if I have to keep this place as my clinic. I wish all my specialist was under the same roof. Who ever picked these employees did a fantastic job. Thank you AZA for being in my community. ❤️
