They sat on test results. I called 3xs a week for these results. They could never get them. They gave me the same speech about getting with radiologist and getting back with me. Never happened. I found a new provider at Milan Medical. The results were retrieved in office at that first patient exam. Turns out I needed treatment immediately for cancer. 10000% do not recommend going for any medical concerns. You may not find out things until it's too late.
They were Great!!! All the staff were amazing!! From lady at front to nurse to doctor. Were all super helpful, kind, and just all around good energy. Biggest thing and what made me leave a review tho was the doctor actually listening and caring. Didn't just brush off my concerns.
I can never get threw to them when I call and it says poem this happens all the time
Pretty bad. I thought it would be handy since I moved nearby but I won't be back other than to give them for a second time, the mis-calculated bill they sent me twice. The receptionist was nice and professional (the first time I was there). I needed a prescription for a simple item (boot) for plantar fasciitis. She wouldn't prescribe it and kept saying the same thing over and over 'inflammation'. Instead she gave me a prescription for low dose Meloxicam. I thought she said Lanozicam.
