I am a transplant and everything started out great but then it just went down hill from there. I have been left half naked in the room for almost an hour waiting on the NP. Even after sticking my head out to remind them that I am waiting. Was lied to of course saying "she will be right with you". This happened twice. Second time no apologies. Just wow. I would never go back to this place, they charge you what they want, you pay co-payment, they give you a bill to your insurance and then they steal even more money and send you another bill. I called them one day and they told me, we charge whatever the doctor wants to charge, apart from that, one day I went with my daughter very sick daughter, they didn't let me in, they told me, we are not seeing sick people with covid symptoms.
They helped diagnosis my problem. Mrs.Tammy called me back everytime I called for questions or about getting my rx called into the pharmacy. Everyone was nice from the front desk to the back! Mrs.Tammy Griffis-Hanik, MSN, FNP is great! She listened to me and was very down to earth.
