Dr Rao is amazing. He truly takes time to listen and show genuine interest in the care of his patients. As someone with chronic illness that gets greatly misunderstood and overlooked by many doctors, Dr Rao is the exception who makes me feel seen and puts in the extra effort. He does tend to run behind on appointments often, but it’s a good trade off for someone who takes time for their patients :)
