I hate writing negative reviews but I feel ignored and dismissed and I’m hoping to prevent anyone else from having this experience. I moved from out of state and was looking for a new PCP to initiate care with. The front office staff was nice enough. The doctor or NP I saw, Sereyeth Lim was polite enough but he seemed rushed and showed very little interest in actually learning about me or my health. He barely looked up from his tablet. Love my doctor and nurse
I love the whole staff and the providers. Both Dr. Leng, and ARNP Suh, are great listeners and have provided wonderful care for the past 5 years. Staff are wonderful. I can say, I love going to my Dr visits. Jeannie J.
