Very difficult to reach by phone. Website is useless. Doctor Montezari is a fairly good GP but does not always followup in a timely manner.
Dr. Lieu has always listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. I have had some bad experiences with different clinics but Dr. Lieu ensures I am taken care of. Our whole family is so happy to have him as our physician
Never answer the phones Never know if clinic is open or closed Front staff not friendly Better location for parking though compared the Harding blvd You waste days trying to get a hold of a human plus the time booked for a doctor to call is never the the time they call at. Always off by an hr or more give or take. Been with this clinic for over 16 yrs love my dr not the clinic. Hrs have reduced drastically due to Covid dealing with some medical issues cannot figure out what and the doctor is dragging his heals doing nothing.... read more
You make a phone appointment. The call gets disconnected and they don’t bother trying to call you back. Terrible doctor with terrible initiative. I miss the old doctor that used to run this clinic. What a sad decline it has taken. Show that you care.
