Made an appt to get a referral for a hearing test for our son. At the appt, the Dr asked us to pop our son on the bed and he would get the vax shots. We said no we weren’t there for that, just the hearing referral. Again the Dr insisted we put him on the bed for the vax shots. Dr was only interested in making a quick government buck from administering vax shots. Not even related to why we went there and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Shame!

I recently attended this doctor for the first time and was very happy with Dr Thomas. After constantly being sick the last few months he immediately ordered multiple forms of testing to get to the bottom of it, it was nice to feel supported and heard. The wait time was very minimal and everyone was lovely I also had an unpleasant nasal and throat swab however the lady that did this was beautiful and made the process as good as it could be Will definitely be returning

I am a 61 yo disabled woman with complex needs both physical and mental. My experience with this practice has been mostly atrocious. Dr Michael was a beautiful caring Doctor but moved on. I then saw a female Dr at the practice that not only missed my broken back but then treated me like I only wanted drugs. I demanded a MRI that proved I had a crushing fracture to my spine losing 25% of the bone. To say it was painful was an understatement and that went on for 3 weeks.
