Since living here Dr. Schneider has been my doctor. I am now looking for a new one. The Cairo office has gone down the tubes since Dr. Schneider has stopped working out of there. Unless it's a physical they are absolutely useless in this office. Even then I don't think they do those properly either.
Worse customer service at a doctor's office ever. They gave me 40 MG of my medication, twice a day instead of the 20 MG once a day that I've been on. It took weeks to get the right medication. Very incompetent.
Dr. Schneider is personable, involved, and works to help his patients.
I don't even use this office and despite office hours on website till 4pm, they're closed at 3:30!! WTH...
I have never been more disappointed by a primary doctors office in my life. My original impression this office was a positive one, but went straight downhill from there. Their total disregard for issues with medication refills is astounding. I have waited weeks for refills with no explanation. I call the pharmacy who say they called the doctors office and have gotten no response.
