I've been a patient at Family Medical Center for over three years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Since I started seeing the nurses instead of the doctor, the level of care and respect I receive has noticeably declined. I’m concerned that I may be facing discrimination, and I’m shocked by how much things have changed. This is not the treatment I expected from a place I’ve trusted with my health.

Worst office staff. Extremely unhelpful, don’t care about the patients at all. I waited over 2 hours for my annual physical appointment and then an hour for a telehealth visit. The office its self was dirty and unkept. Will absolutely be switching doctor’s office.

Disappointing customer service do not go here if you are a busy person, office manager is uncaring. Since Dr Fahmy left it has gone downhill. They are always late to appointments. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!

Nobody answer the phone, my family needs to fine a new primary Dr that you can count on. Very disappointed.spent a whole morning trying toget through to them , went there in stead.

This office has gone completely downhill. My fiancée has been going here for a few years and recently the office has done her a complete dis service. She recently had blood work done which came back as abnormal. A front desk person secretary called to let her know it was abnormal with no other explanation and jnformed her she needed to make an appointment with a specialist. We’ve been attempting to get this doctors office to submit a referral to the specialist for 3 days now and have been getting the go around. The go around... read more
