Call to ask for help and got hung up on
After a year + I won't be back. My last two appointments I didn't get to see the Dr. though I scheduled and paid to see the Dr. I had blood work this last appointment so the office scheduled me for a virtual appointment for the results. Low and behold they wanted another $90 for two minutes of screen time. And I never received the prescription from the conversation we had from the paid in person visit the week prior. Called for an emergency. The office Manager got back to me within 30 min. I saw Dr.Fahmy. he is excellent. Looking forward to seeing him again when I need my Physical.
The staff is wonderful. Great NP, Heidi, she takes time to listen and assist with any questions. The doctors are good as well. They do blood work in house, so no more waiting at quest. I highly recommend
This is the BEST doctors office I have ever been to! From the people working at the front desk to Dr. Salib and Heidi Haase, you are greeted and given the best care from the kindest people palm beach county has to offer!
