the staff does not know the insurance restrictions, they do not know the need for a referral, nor the need to refer patients within an insurance plan
o stars from this family! My daughter needed a follow up appointment after being in the hospital. We called and made an appointment for a week later. We show up to the appointment, they require mask but didn't have any. ( my fiance forgot his mask) when asked the lady couldn't even be bothered to look up and give us an answer, extremely rude. what kind of doctors office doesn't have mask but you can go to any store and there is a box of free ones. Called to see if I could get my son to be seen since we just moved here and he is really sick, I was told well you don't have an appointment and its after 3. GLAD to know you care about kids health. Oh and I was also asked immediately about my insurance, which ok I'll give It to you but can I talk about my sick son first. 0 stars from me!
I feel at home with these people (bad to have to be sick enough to know that) but its true.
