Best place to go to in Mount Airy, for any health concerns or a quick DOT Physical. Staff is very helpful and polite. The Dr's. Are great,Take time to talk and explain everything. Yes it is a busy office. (That's for a reason) as for the negative post on here.......we'll maybe its not family med. Center or the staff? Could just be the people writing the post? (Can't please everyone) just my opinion, based on my me and my familys experience. Thank you, Family Medicial Center!

Terrible!!! Do not go to Rochelle. She had my blood work for years and called yet me get to the hospital immediately.
Don't bother leaving a message. They will not get back to you. Waiting for my PCP to call me for an hour now as i write this review. Called 3 times left 3 separate messages. and never received a phone call back, just keep calling if you really need to talk to someone. I was shocked when i finally got ahold of someone at the office and asked if they had a portal of some kind to leave them messages and they said no. Very frustrated with the level of professionalism... would be one star but i feel bad adding to the level of 1 s... read more
I’ve been going here for about two years and it hasn’t been bad.but when it comes to answering the phone and trying to get you in, it’s a joke… I’m 5 weeks pregnant and have some pretty serious things I need a primary care dr for.. and they can’t even answer the phone I’ve been calling a few times a day for 3 days and not a single call back!!! Don’t waist your time or gas going to see them..
