Called to book an appointment, Was told that because my family doctor retired that I'm not able to book a quick prescription refill appointment. I've been going here since I was a child, Born and raised in Lacombe but I'm not able to go to this clinic. Zero help in how I can get a doctor in my own hometown. Also don't even bother taking the pain course through a doctor at this clinic because you won't be able to book an appointment there after.
I have never met a less helpful front office staff in any business dealings I have had.

I had been seeing Dr. Stephan Nieuwoudt for the past 8 years. He was the best family doctor, I have ever had. He for sure will be missed. I have lots of health problems and now have to find a new family doctor which sucks. REST IN PEACE DR. NIEUWOUDT
I was in a car crash and Dr. Letain was on duty that evening. I was treated with care and concern and He was very careful to make sure nothing was overlooked. I was checked on very frequently. Nothing but excellent care!!
