Dr Long is a great guy and a great doctor with a great attitude, willing to do things for you. Unfortunately, his office staff is not, and so nothing gets done. If it does, it may take weeks or months. This had been on a steady decline, leading to the last straw. I needed things done that should have been fairly quick. All though it doesn't seem like we get the treatment we need . We really do get it from them. The people are faces of people that we have went to school with or grew up with that made a name for themselves. Give a little credit we are all human and we aren't perfect.

Not one person in that building had a single clue what was going on. I’m chronically ill so I see a lot of doctors. And I can’t say with confidence that this is the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. They fumbled a simple procedure (saline infusion) so badly that it made my symptoms worse and I couldn’t get out of bed the rest of the night. I STRONGLY recommend going somewhere else.

The doctors don't listen very well, you can never get them on the phone and after leaving 15 voicemails they still don't return calls they are bad about not sending in refills and if you need a referral you may as well go up there and demand to see them or it just isn't happening same with test results they take way too long to get back with you. We need better doctors and services in Haleyville
