First let me say Dr Long and some of the nurses are great! However, after 2 years of dealing with the rest of the staff I made the choice to change doctors. The staff never returned phone calls , rarely set up referrals without me having to call as a reminder it was not done yet. Every month CVS would send them requests to refill prescriptions with no luck and I would always have to call, leave unreturned messages and call every day till someone answered or call office manager to get it done. I have to begin by bragging extensively about Dr. Vanessa Ragland. She made me feel so welcome, provided multiple ways to save on expensive medications, and was quick to give me updates on labwork and explained everything I asked questions about, and the woman that did my labwork I unfortunately did not get the name of was wonderful. However, I do have to complain about the appalling way this office seems to handle referrals.
