They don't send you a bill, even if you don't know you owe anything, they waited years and sent it to collection without even sending me one bill!!!! And my husband paid his co-pay every time he was there! I called the billing lady said they have seven years Bill you and they NEVER SEND BILLS BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T PAY THEM SO they go straight to collection, REALLY I'M NOT MOST PEOPLE PAY MY BILLS AND HAVE OUTSTANDING CREDIT THIS PISSES ME OFF!!!! I love Dr. Sivamohan,Tina,and Jean. They are always there for us. Thanks ladies we love us all.
office manager Attempted to get referral for patient spoke with DR DIRECTLY. Dr. told me to "shut up" and that she would not send referral although patient was coming an hour away...AND after we were told it would be fine. We had attempted for a week!!! patient drove all the way to our office to be seen by cardiologist to be told they could not be seen. Dr. Sivamohan stated she would accept medical liablity.
