Dr Glover is an excellent physician who spends time with her patients. That being said, wait times for appointments can be lengthy. The office staff is not welcoming.
I'm incredibly sad to sever my relationship with these Providers after 22 years. The doctors are AMAZING; BUT the office administration is poorly managed and continues to decline. My pharmacy can't get return calls on the provider lines for prescription refills. So I often go without medication. Everytime I call for a sick appointment-if they decide to respond to my request, I'm told to go to Urgent Care. Providers 5 stars..... Administration 1 Star.
Staff is very rude and disrespectful. I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I was on hold for 30 min. and when they finally answered, I asked a question and it was answered in a very disrespectful and condescending manner. Dr. Glover Need to change or retrain her staff on how to be professional.
Today 02112025 I had an emergency appointment at Dr. Glover office. I hav a medical condition that can be a risk to my health with my other underlying health conditions. I went to the office and I was denied medical treatment because I did not want them to stored my credit card in their records. Florida Law stays physicians can't require patients to share their credit card information to receive medical care. [ I am VERY DISAPPOINTED as I have been a patient of Dr. Glover for over 13 years.
