Dr Call and his staff are exceptional in their care for their patients. Always a friendly voice on the phone while scheduling. Kristina and Heather have been so kind and patient. I love the thorough health care and compassion Dr. Call provides while also educating and being a good listener. They are a class act!
If the receptionist actually allows you to make an appointment, count yourself lucky. It is more likely that she will argue with you and give a lot of dumb excuses why you can't see your doctor. Maybe the physician tells her to do this, but it doesn't matter; a health care provider that you can not obtain services from is as good as not having one at all.
