Impressed with this office and the staff. They are on top of things, they are helpful and they even do appointment reminders. The Drs. Actually listen to their patients and help you navigate your needs.
Dr Gerges is fantastic. Very thorough, very respectful. I’m very fortunate to have found her. As far as waiting, I’m often called into the room on time.
This is the WORST family doctor clinic I have ever encountered. Matched with a new doctor in this clinic in Sept 2025 and since then I have been rescheduled 4 times (because the doctor was busy each time) just to see this new doctor. It is now almost Dec 2025 and they say that they don’t have an appointment until Feb 2026. The old lady at the receptionist who answers your call is extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr Abda Malak is amazing! I live in The Pas and when she transferred to this clinic I kept her. Well worth the 6 hour drive to see her 100% . And an added bonus, reception is so friendly and very helpful.
open until 5pm but receptionist said doctors are done at 3pm. they don’t take walk ins either
