Linda at Family Massage is a great massage therapist. Over multiple visits she has helped several of my health conditions improve. I’ve been going to Family Massage for 4 years. I live with multiple health conditions. Thanks to Linda and other massage therapists there, my quality of life has improved significantly. My body and mind simply continues to work better in large part due the healing effects, over time of their massage work.
I have been here several times over the last few years & I always have a great experience. Whether I’m getting a deep tissue or Swedish massage the massage therapists are great! There’s a language barrier for sure but I’ve never had an issue conveying what I needed to say. The massages are very thorough, the rooms are nice and relaxing. I will keep coming back!
I had a very disappointing experience at Family Massage. Our appointment started 30 minutes late with no real explanation or apology. In the middle of the massage, the therapist was switched without warning, which made the experience feel disorganized and uncomfortable. The pressure used during the massage was far too rough despite attempts to indicate discomfort, and communication was extremely difficult due to the language barrier. Another amazing couple’s massage! I’m early into pregnancy (1st trimester) but was cleared by my doctor to get regular massages until I no longer could comfortably lay on my stomach. I informed them of this upon arrival and they had me speak with Lisa (I believe the owner) over the phone to confirm everything. Was wonderful to know they were extra attentive to my needs! Will continue to recommend them and use them personally!
