If you are someone like me who owns a boat and needs work done, it's definitely challenging trying to find a shop. I am going to save you that anxiety, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAMILY MARINE. Bill took care of me. Excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and knows his craft. My boat is a 2004 and runs better then ever. No more issues. This place deserve no stars. Brought my 35 foot Nordic Flame there because my port engine was misfireing and stall no restart. So I left the boat with them to do a diagnostic. Come back that afternoon they tell me it needs a cool fuel system replacement and fuel injectors replaced, we are talking in excess of $3,000 in parts alone. I paid $100 for the diagnostic which I believed never happened. My boat was in the same place I left it and no sign of any water being past through the outdrive.
