The pay isn't right, I was sent my pay rate from the state which I'm supposed to get 20.00 a hour but they take half. Everything else is good, but I just can't understand why they got 50% of your pay
We are working with Justin. We have not yet made a decision if we are going to apply for family care assistance but we probably will. Justin's friendly and helpful attitude and prompt response to questions has led to the decision that if we go forward it will definitely be with this company. I must be the only one to have had a bad experience with them but this company has been nothing but a pain in my a$$ since day 1. Their communication is horrible and whoever I speak to seems to always have an attitude for no reason. They’re constantly messing up my ADLs and then calling me to tell me I didn’t check them, then to immediately say nevermind it was a system error. You have to check them all to clock out so there’s no way I could’ve messed that up. They messed up my taxes too on top of everything. Seems to me lik... read more
