This place is a joke; I’ve had my four children here for a while, and I was a patient here myself. They’ve gone through several therapists and everyone leaves. Even the receptionist, Ceci—who was excellent—left she was always getting blamed for everything. Not good doesn’t follow through or call back
I have been going to this location since 2023, and my experiences has been nothing but pleasant from the very beginning. Every interaction has been welcoming, professional, and caring. Cessy is always so pleasant and sweet whenever I call — whether it’s to follow up, make a copayment, or schedule an appointment.
