I WAS A NEW PATIENT TO SEE LINDSEY SMITH IN OCT 2020, AND IT TOOK ME UNTIL JAN OF 2021 TO GET RESULTS OF LABS. THEN THEY CHARGED ME A $35.00 OFFICE VISIT WHEN ALL I DID WAS SPEAK TO HER. WAS NOT TOLD IT WOULD BE A CHARGE. I THEN HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. SCARBOROUGH IN JULY OF 2021, AS OF TODAY 10/19/21 I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS OFFICE, ALSO MY PHARMACY SENT THEM A REFILL REQUEST AND AS ON TODAY STILL NO REFILLS OR CALLS. VERY DISAPPOINTING WITH MEDICAL PRACTICE. NOT HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS.
