I'm in a job on the frontlines working with people and have always loved the idea of counselling as a check-up to make sure I'm aware of how I'm doing and loving myself well. Bob is one of the kindest and most empathetic counselors I have engaged. He has an interesting professional history that allows him to include a spiritual component as desired, yet he is very respectful of (all) your boundaries and includes that element in session only if invited.
