Such a nice group of ladies working today. Explained all the services they offer. They have a great selection of baby clothes for boys and girls!
Overall good experience with them but as to the mandatory video and the worksheet for a free service that you are providing but then make mandatory an activity and a video which paints a narrative of blame on a particular that could make clients and customers feel shamed
