I had my baby here back in 2021, he was in the NICU for a few days. There was a time I was visiting my son in the NICU and saw a nurse holding down a different newborn by his arms and legs while the doctor was doing a circumcision on him. The baby cries sounded like he was in pain. The nurse noticed me sitting down and looked shocked that i was there. I felt like they were doing something wrong then and still do now.
