This is my second delivery at St. Francis, I had the best experience with staff and doctors that helped me. Monesha was informative and respectful of my birth plan, made sure my husband and I were both taken care of. All of her experience had so many helpful recovery tricks. I love the service. I’ll say the nurse who was very helpful and caring is Monique Monesha very kinda.
Labor and delivery all my nurses were very supportive and friendly for everything.. first time mother so it was great experience since I was scared about not having friendly nurses
Horrible experience, the security and attendant at the front desk are very predjadice and mean.If you don't like people you shouldn't work at a hospital,you are the face of the maternity ward and you are not professional, friendly or helpful.The physian assistant is very rude and nasty.......It should not be a disgusting, disgraceful experience at st Francis maternity, please recognize that,do better!!!!stop hiring these incompetent people that want only a paycheck....
The security and woman at the front desk are the most rudest, confrontational,non educated people I have ever witnessed in a hospital!!!They are like a gang and the hospital is there set.They do not care about you or anything that you are going through.You can tell they are there for a paycheck and that's it!!!I don't understand how you can have individuals with that street,hood mentality at a front desk!!!!!
