Very disrespectful staff. They literally have nothing to say no legal forms no referals no guidance at all on steps or the process. They cut you off in mid sentence just to talk over you then get mad when you try to talk. Then hang up on you. What a waste of tax payer money this is completely useless program and workers get paid to literally do nothing and provide no help. What a scam of a business
great place to learn how to fill forms and court documents
They have been helpful to me everytime I needed. There is only 1 window to get you a number to get you to the clerk that will file your paperwork so, if you can't make it early morning come at least 30min before closing time(3.40pm). Some days it gets very busy and seems slow or it may only be because I'm in a rush 🙏🏻😅. They accept cash or card, there is 1 or 2 clerks that speak Spanish.
