It was confusing. They give you forms to fill out and don’t explain how to fill them out. I think I messed mine up. They can’t answer questions because they aren’t lawyers.
Pretty good service. I needed a little more help. Courteous staff made it easy to go through the process. I waited a bit, but they offer a text message to call your turn.
Great place for help very kind people and very good help.
