The Georgia Bar has given her an OGC suspension and is investigating nine violations she has committed as an attorney. There are several clients that whom she has not provided services and has taken their money and refused to refund. It is March 26, 2024, and sad to say Mandi McDonough did not keep her promise. She never met with me or my son, she has never emailed us a client agreement or signed one with us and she said she is keeping our $5,925 and to sue her because she is not entitled to do our case. Worst Person does not deserve to be called a lawyer. Please read all her reviews she is a thief hiding behind the Georgia Bar. She has been stealing from clients for over 5 years, we paid her $5,925 to handle a case for me and my son on November 7, 2023, and it is now March 17, 2024, and she has refused to meet me or my son after not showing up to 2 appointments. My son hired and paid this lawyer to represent him on a legal matter. But, never has been asked to come to the office. Most contact was made by emails/calls. He's asked for the return of his money and left several phone messages and sent emails. But, she has not responded. He ended up filing a complaint to "The State Bar of Georgia". If I could give a zero or negative review I would I left a review of how unprofessional of an Attorney Mrs. McDonough was and she talked to me and promised to rectify her unprofessionalism and blamed everything on her assistant Erin, gave excuses that she has not worked on our case due to kids being sick and that she has not emailed me anything because she did not have password to her laptop. I am happy to say that I spoke to Mandi McDonough and found out that she was not aware of how her secretary was giving me the run around. Mandi went as far as to give me her personal cell number and assure me that she would be handling my case personally. I am looking forward to our new opportunity to work together. I will keep posting on the positive outcomes of her service. I have to apologize for being upset before talking to Mandi personally.
