They were responsive and both started and completed work on time, however service and communication after the sale have been non-existent. Several of the bushes planted are dead within about 6 weeks of completion. I've texted pictures and left messages multiple times and have received nothing. Additionally they didn't use any kind of weed barrier underneath our mulch. I asked about it during the job but they said they didn't use it, just "a layer of preen under the mulch."
