Called and inquired about a lifetime warranty on my Soul, from the lawsuit against KIA with the engines catching fire. I was ensured by Casey and another service advisor, my vehicle was covered by a lifetime warranty. I had my phone on speaker and had my son(it’s his daily vehicle jsut in my name) and my fiancé on the call with me, that he assured it was covered by a lifetime warranty.
