Gabe made me feel so relaxed bringing my car to Kia family dealership. He even stayed with me on the phone till I finished scheduling my car appointment even though it was time for him to go and he still made sure I was okay while driving his car now that’s awesome thank you so much Gabe I hope I get the chance to meet you once I arrive at the Kia family dealership.
Called and inquired about a lifetime warranty on my Soul, from the lawsuit against KIA with the engines catching fire. I was ensured by Casey and another service advisor, my vehicle was covered by a lifetime warranty. I had my phone on speaker and had my son(it’s his daily vehicle jsut in my name) and my fiancé on the call with me, that he assured it was covered by a lifetime warranty. He never asked me for my mileage, and told me to have my vehicle towed to them and then KIA will reimburse for the tow since it’s covered und... read more
