FIC is a rare support agency who actually provides support And help to both the child and the parent. They have been there for me and my kids both day and night. I would recommend this agency to everyone.

Worst agency ever! Lacks professionalism. Fires the qualified, professional and knowledgeable employees randomly. Discontinues support programs for kids and parents without notice. Leaves families without support. Employees at agency have no knowledge / experience to support families, these employees are unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and lack morals.
