I have been seeing Dr. Rastogi for over a year due to my last doctor retiring. Doesn't understand her job nor care about her patients. She doesn't call back her patients unless it benefits her. Stay away.
Dr. Nita Rastogi's billing department asserted that I received medical attention from her. However, I must clarify that I was not treated by her on the particular date they claim since I had not undergone my annual preventive checkup yet, which is the only reason for my medical visits within this calendar year. It is important to note that Dr. Rastogi has previously misdiagnosed me, where she inaccurately diagnosed me with Hypertension. I have never had hypertension in my medical history.
