Useless and they will never call you back. Girl I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude.
Looking for home owners insurance, had a deadline to meet. Went a couple of weeks not hearing anything back, gave a ring and was assured they didn't forget about me. With the deadline approaching I patiently waited for quotes - NOTHING. The date came and went - I was unable to get any quotes through another independent agent. I ended up going through a big name insurance company last minute, glad I had a quote on reserve in the event they didn't pull through. I cannot recommend.
*************DO NOT RECOMMEND***************** Family Insurance Center (via Germantown) underinsured my mother's well-known property under the incorrect business name for over 2 years. The listed business was dissolved in 2023 with sale of that building, and a refund check was issued when the policy was finally 'adjusted' in 2024. The issued refund check had to be re-issued as it was addressed to the now-defunct business and could not get cashed. She was contacted several times to insure deposit of that refund check.
