On 2/18/26 I spent 35 minutes on the phone reviewing my family’s auto, home and umbrella insurance needs with what I thought was a very helpful and friendly Family Insurance Center employee. I was looking for quotes based on our current coverages. I was told it would be a couple of weeks but they would get back to me with the quotes. I never received a text, email or phone call from Family Insurance Center! Thank goodness we didn’t sign on with them!

Tanner is my grandson. I had been with StateFarm for over 30 years. Suddenly my agent changed and my customer service went bad. I asked Tanner to please look at my policy and let me know if I’m okay. He came back with his recommendation and beat what State Farm had and cheaper. But he didn’t pressure me. He said it was my choice. He is a very honest young man. I switched not because he was my grandson but because of his honesty and integrity in what he presented. Just let him do a comparison for you and then decide.

He cares enough to make sure the insurance coverage is right for them. When something happens and you need a claim he is right there to help you and uses his network to make sure that you can get it fixed right away.
