Would not recommend this company. They are crooks and are a joke. I got better insurance directly from the companies than I could get here. Don’t waste your time with them. You will only have headache if you use them.
Very nice people on the phone but very frustrating to work with. We have received late payment notices on our homeowner's insurance twice, caused by them not setting up payment schedules correctly. They would not stand behind anything to correct those fees. They are only there to collect a commission and farm everything else off. We also couldn't leave voicemails because their office doesn't accept any. We used them to help find new homeowners' insurance when we moved, and they made it feel like we were an inconvenience to t... read more
