We were traveling when we needed to purchase a new business vehicle due to a breakdown. Jenni helped us near the end of the day to get a certificate of insurance on the new vehicle so we could drive it off the lot (Illinois law...) that same day. She got it done and hung around the office until we knew all was good to go. We can't thank her enough for the service she provided to us!
