I'm so incredibly disappointed and disheartened at the experience I've had at Family Insights trying to get help for my 5-year-old. I called yesterday 10/30 and spoke with Sheila Goldizen the office manager of Manassas and Fairfax- Sheila Goldizen scheduled my child for Friday November 10th at 12pm in the Manassas location (the choices you gave me were Thursday Nov 9th at 11 OR Friday Nov 10th at 12pm) Sheila Goldizen confirmed the appointment and said she scheduled my son with “therapist Emon Iaz”. Family Insight staff have been coming to our daycare for over 2 years to work with our students. They are always respectful and courteous and follow our strict COVID-19 guidelines. They have been very resourceful with family outreach for those that we recommend to them for care. We especially love Ms. Sarah and are thankful to her and the whole team for the work they've done with our children.
On March 19, 2021 This facility ignored Covid-19 policies. There were many staff and clinets that were not wearing face masks inside this office. It was observed that a therapist was speaking in close contact with an adult client in the hallway both without masks. This is unacceptable! When confronted about this they simply stared and offered no apology. This facility sees many clinets per day and is putting the community at risk!
