It was the first appointment so I'm not too confident leaving a five star review. But rating just my first appointment experience, all my needs were met and my provider actually sounded knowledgeable which is very rare unfortunately and very sad to say. I lucked out. At least so far.
Drew Nelson is phenomenal.
I strongly urge folks who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, or are Autistic, steer clear from this practice. I had multiple meltdowns during and after my initial appointment. Elizabeth Storm, CNP used anti-queer dog whistles and ignored every single time I advocated for myself, ultimately threatening to diagnose me with a highly stigmatized condition that is incompatible with autism. I guess this is why it’s important to do a follow up review!! Avoid Lifestance!!!!!! They make your mental health worse! What is going on at this place? For months I received great service at this location. Then one of my providers left without notice. I was assigned to someone in Bloomington (even though I live in Hugo) that didn’t listen to a single word I had to say.
