I have a 2014 Prius and needed the hybrid battery rebuilt. The mechanic was very upfront about pricing, easy to talk to, and provided detailed information along the way to ensure I knew exactly what work needed to be done to get back on the road. Michael was attentive, on time, and very personable. I had a lot of anxiety around my 2010 Prius and the work it may need. My son's car broke down and I took it for diagnostics at Toyota which was astronomical and we could not afford it so I started to look online for hybrid repair and came across Family Hybrid Auto Repair LLC and spoke with Michael. Such a good experience taking my 2004 Toyota Prius to Michael! Broke down on Easter Sunday on my way to a family function and no where was open and I thought I was SOL. He was quite literally a life saver, both him and his wife were super nice, Mike drove strait to me, diagnosed the problem, grabbed the part, came back, fixed the car, and got me back on the road in like 2 hours.
