Michael was extremely helpful, and the price turned out to be much less than anticipated. Toyota wanted to replace my entire hybrid battery, but Michael found that it was only the wiring that was damaged. Throughout the time my Prius was serviced, he gave detailed and frequent updates on what was being worked on. Michael is awesome! We've used his services several times now both for diagnostics and reports when looking to purchase a hybrid vehicle (Prius) and repairs on our current vehicle. He has always been quick to respond, professional, and knowledgeable.
Michael helped me (with less than 24 hours notice!) with a Pre-Purchase Inspection with a used Honda Civic Hybrid at a dealership. Michael met me at the dealer and was very thorough, kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything he found. He identified some issues with the car that I was able to leverage in my negotiations with the dealer. Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about hybrid cars!! Great communication and very honest. My car situation was very stressful and he helped me through the whole thing! I really appreciated his work!
Family hybrid auto was able to replace the inverter and do a number of other services for about a 4th of what the dealership quoted me. He was done faster than expected as well.
