My son's car broke down and I took it for diagnostics at Toyota which was astronomical and we could not afford it so I started to look online for hybrid repair and came across Family Hybrid Auto Repair LLC and spoke with Michael. I should have done this review immediately, it's been at least a month or two, but to be honest I wasn't sure how to put this into words, because the experience we had with Michael was so above and beyond what you find anywhere in any industry these days, especially in auto repair. Michael is exactly what I wish all mechanics were like. Honest, down to Earth, and knowledgeable. Well priced, excellent communication, and reliable. I will be utilizing him for as much as I can from now on. I recommend everyone do the same! I called him on a Sunday and he was more than willing to help me.

'10 Prius. Insane humming noise caused by rear driver side wheel bearing fixed in under an hour. Thank You! Literally the best mechanic out there.
