Ayaz did an excellent job bringing the exhaust on my furnace up to code.
My furnace stopped working Sunday morning. I contacted a big box company and when they came out to see my furnace, they said the whole thing needed to be replaced and quoted me $6k. I contacted Ayaz at Family HVAC the same day. He was able to provide me with a second opinion and a much better price. He was also able to come out the very next day to install a new furnace. Family owned, friendly, quick well priced service, right in Waterdown. We have an old furnace , and they were able to locate a new part and fixed right away.
Ayaz is professional, quick and honest. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details for the scope of work. He was able to install a duct smoke detector and fix other issues that unfortunately other technicians were not familiar with. I highly recommend Ayaz!! Thank you again!
