Horrible experiencie. I just called to ask if they sell on site mask for my CPAP. The lady eas asking 10 minutes of stupids questions and she was not understanding me. Finally I got upset and ssaid to her: my only question was "can I go there and buy a mask?". And she finally said: oh no, we just sell online. I lost 10 minutes with their stupidity and lack of comprehension.
