I live in Florida and needed to arrange to have grab bars installed in the shower for my grandparents who live in the Carlisle area. I found Family Home Medical online. I called and spoke with Steve Burkholder who was extremely understanding, helpful and friendly! My wife and I went here to fill her prescription for a nebulizer, while here we checked out the kitchen display module and it was excellent. The module is set up to assist people in wheel chairs and scooters by enabling the range top, oven, sink, cabinets and dishwasher to be easily accessible. Rude Rude Rude!!!!! I called Saturday 01/07/16 to get a nebulizer for my 3 month old. They told me insurance didn't cover it for that diagnosis. I called insurance 3x for all 3 people to tell me that it is covered && they don't know what FHM was talking about. I kept asking about the diagnosis, told them the SAME THING I told FHM! They member service rep kept saying "ma'am they aren't telling you the truth" offered to call them for me. The guy who answered the phone was such a DICK to me! He barely let me speak.
