I used Synergy for two weeks after my departure from the hospital in Winter Park. They were first-rate: consummate professionals who really knew what they were doing, performing both the biggest and the smallest tasks with a smile. Always on time too. I heartily recommend them to anyone!

The client is are never accountable & are allowed to treat the CNA nasty . The owner has no back bone , no structure & definitely doesn’t take up for his employees even when patients in wrong . Mind you 98% of the employees are people of color ! This company will hire you just to make a fool out of you ( especially people of color ) to the rich clients.

I am SO appreciative of Family Home Care of Central Florida. The communication I encountered prior to and during the trip was so helpful, and working with Gabriella from admin put my mind at ease. The CNA assigned to us, Christa, was wonderful. This amazing woman was a true gift from the Lord during my family's week-long vacation in Disneyworld. I've worked with Family Home Care a couple of times over the last year or so and have continuously been impressed by the kindness and professionalism of everyone I’ve been in contact with. Gabriella was my first point of contact and she truly listened to the needs for my mom at different points of her care. Most recently we had two caregivers that really helped while mom stayed with me for two weeks.
