Yesterday was my 30th birthday, to celebrate I went to Jennifer for a reiki session. This was something new for me but I was so excited to experience a release of energy blocks Stepping into my next era of life. I had my first reiki session with Michelle, and certainly won’t by my last! I wasn't familiar with reiki, but I've trusted Michelle as my natural health consultant for 10 years, and if she's passionate about it, I know it's worth trying. The session was incredibly peaceful - the most peace I've ever felt. I'll continue to seek Michelle's expertise for all my natural health needs, including reiki.

The Family Holistic Center and its founder occupational therapist Jennifer Perez are simply amazing. Jennifer was kind enough to allow my class of OT students from Chicago State to visit the Center and learn more about how she combines Reiki and Energy Medicine with her occupational therapy practice.
