Your furnace/AC instillation team of Nick and Hunter are absolutely the best- knowledgeable, customer friendly, patiently explained every step of the installation answering all our questions. Worked meticulously and so quickly, knew what they were doing. Family Heating and Cooling was recommended by two neighbors and we would second their recommendation.

Family Heating, Cooling and Electrical were exceptional from the initial phone call to the on-site estimate with Jared to the installation and completion with Barik and Noah. Both guys were professional, clean and respectful to our home and yard. Always the first call for any electric. They also were fantastic to work with, with our association for updating and adding timers to our aerators. Top notch company.

We’ve used Family Heating and Cooling twice. Both times we had Tracy as our tech. She was prompt, courteous and professional. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable about HVAC, and quickly diagnosed our needed repairs. Parts were in the truck, and our a/c was back up and running quickly. The bill was reasonable, too!
