We lost our AC unit end of June. Going through AHS, we found Family Heating and Cooling. Heather answered all of our questions and Dom and Jack did a fabulous job replacing our unit. With elderly and disabled in the house, we are TRULY GRATEFUL. We can breathe in the house again. Thank you!

(2 out of 5 stars) I want to start by saying that my review is not a reflection of the receptionist or any of the individual workers I interacted with at Family Heating and Cooling — they were kind and professional in our communications. However, my overall experience with the company, which was assigned to me through American Home Shield, has been deeply frustrating. First experience with Family Heating & Cooling was excellent. Dominick was professional in every regard, listened, and methodically went through a system check looking at everything that might be an issue. Family checked all the boxes for us to have here again as a dependable and fully capable service company if Dominick is an example of their high standard of care and competence.

Went through American Home Shield. First company I give 5 stars to. No hastle, called right away, came date scheduled and on time. Luckily all was fine, but I would use them again.
