We run the AC almost year round, so I figured the air ducts probably needed attention after several years. The amount of buildup they removed from the vents was honestly unbelievable and made me wonder what we’d been breathing all this time. I was appalled when he showed me the accumulation of pet hair, dust, and debris in our vents over the past decade since it was installed. After the cleaning, the dust on the baseboards and other surfaces in our house is much reduced. In a few years, we will return with Luke for his routine maintenance.
One area of our home never seemed to cool adequately and our HVAC system always seemed to run longer than it should. The tech said the unclean ducts and impeded airflow were placing extra load on the system. The duct cleaning and a little HVAC repair significantly improved airflow, and the system was again cooling the house evenly. Great experience from start to finish no pressure no upselling.
