I was unable to source a hot surface ignitor to replace the one that failed in my furnace in the same day. I called Family H&AC to help with my heating emergency and Brew came out and replaced the part quickly. I appreciated the honest communication and now I have a service contract them. Brew gets five stars!
Once again, we were extremely satisfied with Family HVAC and the specificity of detail that Brew offered in remedying our issue. The kind and courteous service began immediately when I called to make the appointment through its completion.
Brew was able to replace the oil furnace in less than 4 hours! Am grateful that there is no oil smell in the house and it is working well.
