I asked for an estimate when Brew, their technician came to my home and quickly identified the problem. Instead, they said they don't do repairs and sent me an estimate for over $17,000 to replace the system. I contacted a local HVAC licensed contractor who gave me a price of $2,000 to repair the system. I've read so many posts on here how wonderful their service was. Their repairs were done impeccably.
