They don’t actually repair they try to sell New #. My burner controller was bad. He said the whole thing needs to be replaced $5000 part cost 121. And the cost for a new heater would be 10,000 ridiculous
Great company - came the same day, as we were without heat. New appointment - again quick response - maintenance check up on new heater - all is good.
I called them and the next day they came out and looked at the heater. I was not a customer then. Very nice and explained everything that he could see was wrong. We still have heat but the heater was making a strange noise. Thank you for the great service. I have oil hot water baseboard heat. Thank you again
On time. Went right to work. Clean. Explained and answered all my questions regarding service and the system installed.
