I have a great Enviro gas fireplace that i bought 2 years ago from Family Hearth and Patio... We used it for 3 days to stay warm during a power outage....After the outage< the fireplace would not work ...It was right before Christmas. .... I called for service but was told that it would be a few days due to the holiday and the cold weather....
